Beauty Consultant/Branch Manager
Responsibilities:

• Responsible in managing the entire operation and overseeing the sales performance of the outlet
• Maintaining high standards of customer service, managing merchandise and counter presentation
• Providing input to drive sales.
• Promoting range of beauty products and services to customers.  
• Provide customers with professional services advise and product knowledge.
• Address customers' enquiries and concerns.
• Provide after sales service.
• Giving demonstrations to groups
• Running road shows

Requirements:

• Must possess recognized Certificates
• At least 6 years professional experience in Beauty/ Spa industry
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience for Branch Manager position
• Excellent customer service, able to ‘WOW’ the customers.
• Energetic, service oriented & Sales driven with passion in customer service
• Well groomed with pleasant personality
• Independent, self-initiative and committed
• Good communications skills and bilingual in English & Mandarin
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
• Comfortable with retail hour

Beauty Therapist
Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining high standards of customer service
2. Provide consultation to clients
3. Provide facial therapy / massage / body treatment / slimming treatment / waxing to clients
4. Provide customers with professional services advise and product knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Must possess recognized Certificates
2. At least 2 years professional experience in Beauty/ Spa industry
3. Excellent customer service, able to ‘WOW’ the customers.
4. Energetic, service oriented with passion in customer service
5. Well groomed with pleasant personality
6. Independent, self-initiative and committed
7. Good communications skills and bilingual in English & Mandarin
